Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Serves: 2

Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 4 chicken thighs

  • Coconut oil pam

  • Seasonings of choice: sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme


  • Season both sides of the chicken thighs with desired choice of seasonings.

  • Spray the bottom of the air fryer with coconut oil pam.

  • Place the chicken in the air fryer and spray the top of the chicken thighs with coconut oil pam.

  • Set the air fryer to 390 and let cook for 8 minutes.

  • Then flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 8 minutes, or until nice and crispy.
